Delivery and Shipping
We are committed to maintaining the freshness and quality of your order. Our attention to detail and care aims to keep your package in great condition. We pack orders into appropriately sized cartons with the necessary packing materials to ensure your precious nuts arrive safely.
Who will get free delivery?
South Coast Blends offers Free Local Delivery to the following postcodes/suburbs for orders $30 and over on the nominated days, Tuesday or Friday.
- 2527 - Albion Park, Albion Park Rail, Calderwood, Croom, Mount Terry, North Macquarie, Tongarra, Tullimbar, Yellow Rock.
- 2528 - Windang
- 2529 - Balarang, Bass Point, Blackbutt, Dunmore, Flinders, Oak Flats, Oak Heights, Shell Cove, Shellharbour, Shellharbour Square.
- 2530 - Avondale, Bayview Hills, Brownsville, Dapto, Dapto Heights, Dapto South, Dapto West, Haywards Bay, Horsley, Kanahooka, Kanahooka Point, Koonawarra, Lakelands, Marshall Mount, Mount Brown, Wongawilli, Wongawilli Upper, Yallah.

How much will it cost to send my package?
Up to 3kg = $14.50
3kg to 5kg = $18.70
Up to 25kg = $14.70
Local (NSW Illawarra Region)
Up to 25kg = $9.50
For large or out of area orders we charge extra freight and you will be always be advised at the time of order placement.
Can my order be tracked?
All deliveries (except free delivery) will be dispatched via First Choice Couriers. On occasions we may use a third party freight service to deliver your parcel.
Our team can track your parcel if you need to know where it is located or estimated arrival. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org please state your order number in your email.
When will I receive my snacks?
Sydney, Nowra and the Southern Highlands allow between 1-2 working days for delivery. Regional and Interstate locations allow between 3-5 working days.

If you need your snacks sooner than the expected timeframes (listed above) we will do our best to get them to you! Please call us before you place your order so we can discuss the best way to get them to you.
Please allow more time for your snacks to reach you during peak periods, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship overseas, please check our site regularly as this is something we are hoping to introduce as we grow.
Damaged, incorrect or lost orders
This is highly unlikely, but accidents do happen. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, we will do our best to replace it. If an item is missing from your order and you have not been notified that it is out of stock, we will send out the missing product immediately at no expense to the customer.
In either case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and feel reassured we will do what we can to fix the issue quickly and easily.
What if my delivery is late?
As we use a third party courier company please understand that some issues regarding delivery are out of our control. It can be difficult to confirm an exact delivery time but we will do our best to ensure our deliveries are dispatched promptly and will work with you and the freight company. Where necessary contact us to locate your goods if there is an issue.
We understand our climate can be quite unpredictable at times, this means shipping our blends that contain chocolates can be challenging. There are a few options you can consider to help undesirable melting, we can hold your order in our temperature controlled facility until it is cooler. If you can’t wait, you may wish to consider another product that does not contain chocolate. Please see Hot Weather Policy for more information.
Re-direction fees may apply if you change your delivery address after your order has been placed or if the delivery address you have entered is incorrect, invalid or otherwise cannot be delivered to. To help us to reach you, please enter the delivery address carefully to ensure it is correct before placing your order.
If no one is available to accept delivery
When you place your order online, you will also be given the option to allow permission for the order to be left at the address in a safe place out of direct sunlight in the event that no one is there to receive it. If your order contains chocolate products, we advise choosing an address where there is someone who can accept delivery of the order.
Why should I buy my nuts from SCB?
We have gone to great lengths to source our produce from Australian growers and suppliers. If you have not tasted our nuts before you may be missing out of the true flavour and richness of a real nut!
Our boutique business prides itself on providing quality produce. Unlike mainstream nuts, our nuts and blends are stored in a temperature controlled environment, packed daily and dispatched soon after.
This means our prices might be a little higher, but we won’t compromise quality for price.
Why do the prices fluctuate?
Our nuts come from real farms, this means they experience different conditions from time to time. We will do our best to stay consistent with our prices, as you know, we can’t predict what the weather will do.
Online Returns Policy?
Due to food hygiene and safety laws, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refund based on a change of mind, so please choose carefully when ordering. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards via Square and Paypal for online orders.
If I make a purchase, how will you keep my credit card details secure?
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by South Coast Blends or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Paypal and Square's bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
• Paypal and Square's at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by South Coast Blends.

Are your products gluten free?
We have a range of products made using gluten-free ingredients. Did you know nuts are naturally free from gluten, as is the chocolate in our blends. With this in mind, we do stock some products that are not gluten-free and these are stored and crafted on the same premises. We make every effort to limit contamination, but we cannot guarantee that traces of gluten will not be present in our products. Our team can help with ingredient details so please ask for the information.

I am a Vegan, do you have any products for me?
Our range of products are naturally vegan, eg: nuts, glazed nuts, dried fruit, seeds. For those who like our chocolate, it is not dairy free.
