Sydney, Nowra and the Southern Highlands allow between 1-2 working days for delivery. Regional and Interstate locations allow between 3-5 working days.

Please allow more time for your snacks to reach you during peak periods, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, State of Origin and Christmas.
Shipping
Our shipment days is generally within 1-2 business days. Outside areas delivery can take within 3-5 business days. We will provide you a tracking number and you can follow up regarding the status of your delivery through email info@southcoastblends.com.au or you can call us on 0499 080 530.
We have a fair rate to the following regions:
Australia Wide
Up to 3kg = $14.50 inc
3kg to 5kg = $18.70 inc
Sydney
Up to 25kg = $14.70 inc
Local (NSW Illawarra Region)
Up to 25kg = $9.50 inc
We are doing our best to keep fair freight fees. First Choice Couriers is our regular carrier and we require a physical address for us to ship the products. We don’t ship on PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
For Large or out of area orders we charge extra freight and you will always be advised at the time of order placement.

Free Local Delivery
South Coast Blends offers Free Local Delivery to the following postcodes/suburbs for orders $30 and over.
- 2527 - Albion Park, Albion Park Rail, Calderwood, Croom, Mount Terry, North Macquarie, Tongarra, Tullimbar, Yellow Rock.
- 2528 - Windang
- 2529 - Balarang, Bass Point, Blackbutt, Dunmore, Flinders, Oak Flats, Oak Heights, Shell Cove, Shellharbour, Shellharbour Square.
- 2530 - Avondale, Bayview Hills, Brownsville, Dapto, Dapto Heights, Dapto South, Dapto West, Haywards Bay, Horsley, Kanahooka, Kanahooka Point, Koonawarra, Lakelands, Marshall Mount, Mount Brown, Wongawilli, Wongawilli Upper, Yallah.
- 2533 - Bombo, Curramore, Jamberoo, Jerrara, Kiama, Kiama Downs, Kiama Heights, Minnamurra, Saddleback Mountain
Orders must be placed online and received by 4pm the day before delivery will take place. (For example: You place your order at 3.30pm on Monday afternoon, you will have the option to receive free delivery on Tuesday or Friday that week. Delivery times may vary on the specified day.)
We will send a text or email to give approximate times for delivery. During COVID-19 our delivery service will be contactless, permission to leave at premises is an option at the time of placing your order.
For bulk orders where the order value reaches $150 or over we will arrange free delivery within the Illawarra region.

Hot Weather Policy
Some of our products, like chocolate in our High NRG Blend or Vienna Almonds are sensitive to weather. Our Vienna Almonds may stick together if they have settled during the delivery process, if this happens they are not deemed to be defective and will separate if stored in suitable conditions. All of our goods are best kept in a cool, dark, place, you will find the instructions on the packaging.
We cannot guarantee the state of our goods throughout the freight process and if the order is not unpacked and stored correctly within a few hours. We do not advise leaving your order outdoors for extended time periods.

We take great care to package all of our products, the products sold on our website may have been packed in a facility that contains allergens, traces of allergens or bi products of the following: peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, seeds, soybeans and soy products, egg, pollen and bee products, preservatives, gluten and cereals containing gluten, wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, dairy, fish, crustacea, and other products that may behave as allergens to certain people.
