Damaged or Faulty Goods
South Coast Blends is committed to ensure this is highly unlikely, but accidents do happen. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, we will do our best to replace it. If an item is missing from your order and you have not been notified that it is out of stock, we will send out the missing product immediately at no expense to the you.
In either case, please contact our team via info@southcoastblends.com.au within 5 days of receiving your goods, or the expected delivery day. As we will do what we can to fix the issue quickly and easily.
