Delivery and Shipping

Am I eligible for Free Delivery?

South Coast Blends offers FREE local delivery to the following postcodes/suburbs for orders $30 and over. If you live outside of these areas, we offer FREE nationwide delivery for orders of $100.

  • 2527 - Albion Park, Albion Park Rail, Calderwood, Croom, Mount Terry, North Macquarie, Tongarra, Tullimbar, Yellow Rock.
  • 2528 - Windang
  • 2529 - Balarang, Bass Point, Blackbutt, Dunmore, Flinders, Oak Flats, Oak Heights, Shell Cove, Shellharbour, Shellharbour Square.
  • 2530 - Avondale, Bayview Hills, Brownsville, Dapto, Dapto Heights, Dapto South, Dapto West, Haywards Bay, Horsley, Kanahooka, Kanahooka Point, Koonawarra, Lakelands, Marshall Mount, Mount Brown, Wongawilli, Wongawilli Upper, Yallah.
  • 2533 - Jamberoo, Kiama.

How can I track my South Coast Blends order?

All South Coast Blends deliveries (except free delivery) will be dispatched via First Choice Couriers. Occasionally, we use another third party freight service to deliver your snacks, but you will be notified via email and there will be minimal impact for you!

Our team can track your parcel if you need to know where it is located or estimated arrival. Please email orders@southcoastblends.com.au and state your order number in the header/subject of your email.

How long will it take for my snacks to arrive?

For South Coast Blends lovers living in Sydney, Nowra and the Southern Highlands, please allow between 1-2 working days for delivery. Regional and Interstate locations please allow between 3-5 working days.

For remote areas please contact the SCB team on 0499 080 530 for an estimated delivery time or email orders@southcoastblends.com.au and state your order number in the header/subject of your email.

If you need your snacks sooner than the expected timeframes (listed above) we will do our best to get them to you! Please call us before you place your order so we can discuss the best way to get them to you.

Please allow more time for your snacks to reach you during peak periods including but not limited to Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.

I have a damaged, incorrect or haven't received my order?

South Coast Blends is committed to ensure this is highly unlikely, but accidents do happen. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, we will do our best to replace it. If an item is missing from your order and you have not been notified that it is out of stock, we will send out the missing product immediately at no expense to the you.
In either case, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your goods, or the expected delivery day. As we will do what we can to fix the issue quickly and easily.

My delivery is late? What does this mean?

As South Coast Blends uses a third party courier company, please understand that some issues regarding delivery are sometimes out of our control. It can be difficult to confirm an exact delivery time but we will do our absolute best to ensure our deliveries are sent out to you as soon as possible. Feel free to contact us on orders@southcoastblends.com.au for all enquiries relating to delivery.

I need to change my address, but I have already placed my order?

If you need to change your address, that's okay. But re-direction fees may apply if you change your delivery address after your order has been placed or if the delivery address you have entered is incorrect, invalid or otherwise cannot be delivered to. To help us to reach you, please ensure you enter your address carefully to ensure it is correct prior to placing your order.
